"After dealing with this location for so long … I never would have thought how DISRESPECTFUL Mr Mathis is!!! He hung up in my grandmothers face several times and when I said something to him about it he lied as if I wasn’t sitting with my grandmother when it happened. He keeps stating my grandmother doesn’t have a policy with State Farm when it’s been confirmed that she does by another State Farm rep. Overall how he handled the situation was very unprofessional. Little does he know how many people that I have referred to this office! Mainly the elderly!!! But God don’t like ugly ! You should always respect your elders."

"I am so disappointed and upset with the events leading to this review. I found out yesterday that I did not have coverage for my home. I called State Farm customer service, the rep got in touch with underwriting and discovered they requested documentation from DeAndre and he did not provide it. It has been over 30 days without coverage, now State Farm wants to charge me $3K more to be covered because of the lapse."

"Terrible agent! We experienced a full loss of our house due to flooding and a downed tree. The estimated value only covered %70 of the actual costs to re-build back to the condition prior to the flooding and the downed tree. We had to pay an additional $45k out of pocket to get the home back into the same condition. Deandre undervalued the house which caused the undervalue of the estimate. I don't think the real life knowledge and experience is there."
